Newest one is a shiny Machop in Pokemon Moon, not that early but after receiving Tauros and going to the grass field nearby Kukui's house IIRC.
And a Shiny bellsprout near Viridian City/Forest in Let's go Eevee, didn't even had a chain, also used it through all the game.
