I used to live in a house that had dark blue walls, and all my plush were lined up against the wall, Well, that day the gardners did a high powered water wash of the house, and since the house was decrepit and old from the 1920's, water seeped into the room, and ran down the wall, taking the paint with it.
My plush, bed sheets, and pillows were STAINED with blue paint, and I freaked out to clean them, tons were completely destroyed, my oshawott and reshiram became ure dark blue, some were salvageable, so I tried to wash them, and while the blue paint DID come out, the water washed away a lot of the felt glue, so things like Reshiram's tail band came undone, Dialgas "mask" fell off, My big Girtina's wing stickers fell off, etc.
I lost a shit ton of rare plush from the 90's in that incident too.
