I would probably be a 1-mon guy, either an alolan vulpix/ninetails or a glaceon. It'd be difficult for me to not spoil her rotten in her pre-evo stage, but she'd know I'd be a sucker for soothingly-cool cuddles on warm summer days. Johto is also pretty appealing to me. I might work at the Goldenrod radio tower, but I would probably live closer to or in Ecruteak.
It wouldn't be complicated, just a calm, cozy daily life. Wages would mostly go to whatever makes my ice-girl happy. Occasionally we'd make a trip down to Azaela Town where family would live. If I've got A-vulpix/ninetails, she might have a normal vulpix/ninetails friend that hangs around the Ilex shrine, maybe following us into town when it sees us coming to visit.
