>>28798861I always tried giving a chance to all starters regardless of how they become. Heck, from gen 1 to gen 6, I don't have any hatred for them, some I prefer more than others, but I never had any legitimate dislike towards them. Seriously, tell me a controversial starter final evo and I'd just say "I don't mind it". If you happened to pick a favorite of mine, I'd easily tell, but I don't really have any hate or disdain for any of them, as long I could have at the very least one I'd like.
This is literally the first gen I'd feel completely opposite to that if that trio decided to become real. I don't even know WHY I hate them, I just do. Maybe it's because they feel less like creatures and more like half humans. It unsettles me. I mean, not all pokemon need to be just animals, feel free to experiment, but those final evolutions unsettle me in levels beyond my comprehension. And I've had more than enough time to get used to them.
If that trio wounds up real, my god, let their 3D models redeem themselves, because I feel like not even bothering evolving my starter.
