I just wanted to throw this in here before I doze off; although the dust is settling, I feel we need to re-grasp an idea.
"All you need is a deep passion and talent for games. If you have at least a little bit of interest in creating things it should be easier to land a good job.
Knowledge and skills are different for each profession. For example, if you want to be a programmer but have never programmed anything it'll be tough. But you don't actually have to have programmed anything on a development console before you can get into the company. You just need to use your skills to create something.
I'd rather young people have hope and self-confidence than worry. If you mess up you can sleep it off and come back the next day."

It's true that we as a community are going to divide over certain things. It's true some of us might feel like they should leave; which, unfortunately, some have. BUT we have to remember why we're here. each of us has (a) certain talent(s) that we contribute to a massive project, because not only are we passionate about it; we're driven by it. Our accomplishments through these make our day; even if the talent spread here is varied, we still put everything we have towards a common goal, correcting GF mistakes Making a fan-game about a franchise we hold so dear in our hearts and minds alike; We're all here because we like Pokémon, in one way or another. Sure, we might argue, we might shitpost, but at the end of the day we're all here for a single, unifying reason. Don't ever forget it.
On a related note I want to apologize for not including some of the stat sets for comossus, as it was an overlook with a heavy consequence. There will be a follow-up survey featuring the winning set and some of the overlooked ones from last week.
Sorry for posting a wall of text.
