So, I've taken a break from adding new trainers and started adding all the special trainers into the Battle Tower. I'm not even half done, and already there's about a 1/7 chance that the player will encounter a gym leader or champion for each fight, and by time I'm done it could go up to 1/4 or even 1/3. I don't like those odds, to I'm now going to have to go back to writing more normal NPCs to balance this out. Even to just keep the odds at 1/7, I'll have to make hundreds of more trainers.
Once again, the project balloons.
