GMAX Knuckle can give a team wide +2 atk buff, and rock smash lowers defense, like holy fuck bro is there a bias at their headquarters? I'm exhausted. Falkner is there, but even he technically gives both special attack and physical, we rarely ever get a support that's actually dedicated to special attackers anymore.
