I've decided on some of Sanai's (Hoenn version of Ruka) pokemon.

Goes without saying is the hoenn replacement for Jynx. Same personality and everything. Though I imagine since its a 3 stage evolution it probably spends the first part of the journey as a kirlia.

Catches it as a budew (im allowing myself to be a bit fast and loose with pokemon evolutions so long as one of their stages debuted in hoenn) it's more or less the replacement for bellossom. Though while bellossom was more free spirited, Roselia is more hauty and stuck up.

I debated giving her this pokemon cuz it looks so goofy. But then I realized Ruka has always been an ally to goofy pokemon. Plus tropical plants and gyaru go together like peanut butter and jelly.
>Masquerain
It's always hard to give ruka a bug type cuz she finds then creepy. But I'll make an exception cuz I think surskuit is cute enough for Sanai to make an exception. Plus masquerain just suits her so well.

Sanai is given a tiny little egg that eventually hatched into a chick. She treats it like a cute little baby but little does she know it'll one day become one of her strongest pokemon.

A scam artist sold her this pokemon claiming itll become really strong and elegant. Only for it to only be good at flopping around. And on top of that being ugly. Sanai feels scammed but also feels bad for the ugly pokemon so she and Sacchan decide to give Feebass a makeover, the best they can to make it "cute". Who knows how successful they'll be.
I'm pretty happy with this team. I really like that I accidentally managed to fit the theme of gen 3 without trying
1 grass. 1 water type. 1 grass/water type. Land and water Perfectly balanced.
