As for my list, it's sad to say but a lot depends on how people are feeling about Ash, and about their own development since going their own way.
Besides May and Dawn getting along exceptionally well like they are wont to do, it would depend, really. They're a special circumstance in a way, they are two different sides of a coin that is basically following in the shadow of Ash.
Iris is completely dependent on how her personality has evolved since then, but she could be essentially the unifier or one of the most divisive in the group.
Serena I suspect would try to be friendly and all, but she'd be upset because all these girls have known Ash for far longer. Basically, she'd be the green eyed monster of the group.
Misty is an unknown at this point.
It's not that it would automatically go bad, but some of you are real idiots if you think Serena will get along with May and Dawn simply because 'they girls and like to do girly things', or even more, that May and Dawn would automatically try to set Serena up. If you believe that, you don't know women at all.
