Get someone with a Ditto safari. Catch Ditto with good IVs, then breed until you get an optimal nature for your Pokemon. Then breed that Pokemon holding an Everstone with your Ditto holding a Destiny Knot and you should get some fairly competent Pokemon easily, it's how I started. As for your team:
- Sylveon does not benefit at all from lowering one of its defenses.
- Hydreigon is a poor physical attacker.
- Bold Blissey is best Blissey, but put those EVs in Defense, not Sp. Def.
- Hasty Lucario is great for mixed attacker.
- Impish is bad for Ampharos, you want a Sp. Atk. boosting nature, preferably Modest.
- Bold is OK for Delphox, but I'd recommend Timid nature, for its speed.
Overall, giving EVs to HP is better than giving them to defenses, always keep this in mind.
