I've seen some stuff when it comes to fandom. People can make entire wealths of headcanons regarding minor one off characters, shift depictions of major ones without the general zeitgeist even realising it...
Personally, I think it's fine to think about stuff, so long as to take a step back and reexamine the source material once in a while. Also, leaks, as funny as they may be to meme into canoncity, aren't actually canon. Then again, canon doesn't really matter all that much. What people think, and thus accept as "the real version of x character" ends up being more important to the public consciousnesses... I'm rambling aren't I.
