I have no idea how underappreciated these two actually are, but I love their design, both thematically and in the game. I wish Vespiquen wasn't so underpowered, but she's fun to play with in game. I think Mismagius might have been considered really good at one point, but I honestly don't pay much attention to what the "community" is doing, power levels in the meta, etc. I just play the games and like pokemon.
