>>40996008I think they’re both first available on the route just after Petalburg, Taillow is just a less frequent spawn. Pelipper is kind of an honorary regional bird, especially now that Fletchling and Rookidee have bucked the Normal standard. Everything I said stands if Pelipper is inserted into that list, though. It wasn’t winning any awards in Gen III, as much as I enjoyed the silliness of Shock Wave or Stockpile sets ingame. Staraptor was the pinnacle until it was dethroned by Talonflame, but the falcon took a major tumble with the Gale Wings overcorrection. If Corviknight is really as much of a tank as the stat projections suggest, there might just be a new king in town.
