I caught most of these at work since my job has a Pokestop. The Vaporeon was from an Eevee I found at a little over 200 CP. On the first day, I walked around the public university five minutes from my house to farm exp and pokeballs off all the statues and buildings. I'm almost out of balls now though. I'm going to have to head over there in the morning to resupply before I try going to the public park on the other side of my house. There are three gyms at that university, but I haven't tried to fight them yet. Blue and Yellow scum keep taking them back and forth, even after midnight.
I'm at level 10 now btw.
