Would this have potential beneficial effects? Or offensive applications galore. Can't undo it so cannot use lightly. Can't halfass it or it'll backfire.
Like... it's such a rabbit hole to consider. Things like using top Psychics to wipe a legendary's mind to reset it. But could potentially program it in some manner
