>>21207419A Zelda-style adventure game with as many playable pokémon as would be doable e.g, no wailord etc. outside of perhaps a special gameplay event. The game would take place in an alternate universe that is something of a halfway point between man series and mystery dungeon games- Humans exist but pokémon "societies" of sorts also exist. Pokeballs a lot of other main series tech and themes are absent here though many people have one or several pokemon friends. Humans would also be playable (instead of the variety pokemon species have, you'd choose between warrior types, human psychics that mirror psychic trainers from the main universe, doctors etc. all with different traits. The overall gameplay would be something of a combination of Zelda (enviroment, puzzles etc.) and Dark Souls (combat) mostly based on guiding your party through the open world, dealing with dungeons/fights with lots of NPC interactions being available. Mutiplayer co-op and PvP would also be a thing.
I'd like mewtwo to serve as the ultimate final boss, with subtle hints to his existance placed throughout the game. Like mainverse mewtwo, he'd be an artificial creation however he would have a unique backstory. He would be incredibly, as in, almost impossibly, hard to defeat.
