Basically the opposite of Mega Gyarados: more specially defensive than anything else. Dragon typing would be more likely but that's what people said about Gyarados.
With Shed Skin it'd be designed as a piss-you-off Rest user, assuming they didn't change whether Shed Skin affects Rest sleep status. With Regenerator it'd be geared towards chip damage and status spreading before switching into something better suited to handle a threat (e.g. use MMilotic to poison MGarchomp and maybe use Ice Beam a few times, anticipate an Earthquake and switch into a Flying or Levitate Pokemon).
The main disadvantage is that it no longer has the benefit of Marvel Scale for defense. But if you were running MMilotic you'd probably want a Competitive Milotic, switch into an Intimidate user, get the Special Attack boost, go Mega and wall/status/troll.

Knowing GF it'd be something shitty like slightly longer hairfin things. It might be interesting if they tried to make her fins resemble an Angel fish (pic related).
Milotic is too delicate to grow spikes. Maybe it'd end up with more of the rainbow coloured round scales that you can see on its neck, e.g. having them going down her body like a bunch of Mega Stones or some shit.
