STAB Technician Aqua Jet hurts plenty with a 155 base attack stat. Technician lets Feraligatr use Power Up Punch as a primary fighting STAB, and can make him quickly snowball out of control. Dragon dance/Agility can still be used for outspeeding opponents to use more powerful moves, but I think normal Feraligatr is better for that.

A bulky attacking set, Feraligatr sets up on the things it forces out. It is a tall order to expect most Pokemon to live a +2 Technician boosted Aqua Jet, and it has Superpower and Liquidation to take out Gastrodon and Tapu Lele respectively, which would otherwise ruin its day.
