It's the Christmas Cake pokemon, hell it's number is even 026. No one wants it because it's not the cuter, SIGNIFICANTLY more popular Pikachu.
So it sits alone hoping one day for it's trainer in shining armor to come by but only gets more bitter and jaded getting fatter all the while with every passing day wishing it could go back to the days it was a cuter Pikachu.
No one cares about Raichu.
