I'd say Gastrodon probably falls in the "2nd worst" slot right now. It lost Hidden Power (as far as we can tell permanently) and temporarily lost access to Toxic too. Hard to judge where Swampert might lie. Its got great stats but essentially no ability and lost its mega.
