Follow up to >>53869165, I don't know why Gamefreak made the last minute change to Gen 2 and completely shrunk it down, but it would’ve been an incredible send off to Pokémon if it sold really bad.

Sorry if I brought anyone down, but I genuinely don't enjoy Pokémon anymore, and Silver 97 was the closest I felt to that new region excitement and awe that B2W2 had. I'm just both frustrated and melancholy, that's all.

No, I didn't play Gen 8 since I wasn't gonna spend $400 for Home, online, Bank, whatever the fuck for the full experience, and Gen 9 at launch was Nintendo's Cyberpunk 2077. Yet almost everyone sucked shit through a straw and treated it like it was fucking Citizen Kane.

Places like Spikemuth and Hammerlock sound cool on paper but their actual execution was fucking and I'm actually using this word unironically soulless garbage. The villa in SV is actually somewhat interesting especially with it's use of plants and vegetation to make it feel more alive no matter which part of it you're running around. I can only hope the other areas have just as much care put into them.
