Imagine for a moment that you're being held captive by your character/s, possibly going sent to jail or something similar. You have to convince them to let you go and escape, but the moment you start speaking they'll realize sooner or later that you're their author/creator (or just someone that misteriously is responsible for everything that happened to them if yu dont want to break the 4th wall).
Would you be able to sway them to your side? Would they ignore you and let you be taken away? Would it end up making it worse?
