I'm on android. When I launch the game without wifi, no pokemon spawn, I cant transfer pokemon, I can't spin pokestops or view what pokemon are inside gyms.
Every other 3g requiring app like facebook or whatever works fine, just pokemon. Works fine when using wi-fi.
Before the last update (the first update) it worked fine, but since then it's being doing this.
