Poison-types will rise exponentially in usage as a result. Additionally, Steel-types get an even bigger buff for some reason, with things like Scizor and Jirachi probably reigning supreme in OU for another gen.
Parabolic Charge, assuming it gets decent distribution, will become a premier STAB attacking choice for Bulky Electric-types or boosting sweepers. Parting Shot will be extremely useful, allowing the user to weaken an opponent while simultaneously switching to a sweeper/attacker who can take advantage of the now-weakened Pokemon.
