I don't know if you've tried fighting a M.Gardevoir with Hyper Voice on Showdown, but it is SCARY powerful, and hits through Substitute. It's also pretty quick and pretty durable vs special attacks.

It easily has the bulk and typing to begin setting up Calm Mind. Even things that supposedly counter fairies have a hard time sticking around vs a bulky Sylveon with even one level of Calm Mind.
