Fucking why? If GF was insistent on wasting stat points in Attack they could have just given it +30 Attack and a Speed of 106 and it would be THAT much better outrunning those two shitheads as well as Mega Pinsir and Sharpedo. It could have been legitimately top tier with those extra five points in Speed but Ground type pandering always has to win.
