Mario, Zelda, Metroid and Kirby do not have a "Junichi Masuda". Pokémon had their own equivalent of Stalin lord over them for 25 years, then now his successor is the kid he kept on a leash and who spent twenty years trying to make Masuda happy or else it was back to jail.
