New player here, just found out that shinies don't show on the map and that's why I had such incredibly terrible "luck". I still did have kinda bad luck overall as I caught about 40 with no shiny, but the 100+ more that I saw but didn't try to catch almost certainly contained some.
Just fuck my whole shit up senpai. There were probably multiple shinies that did spawn and I just didn't know I had to click on them to find out.
