I had an idea for an Ice variant of Lilligant a while back. I think I had planned for it to be Grass/Ice with Snow Cloak, the idea being to use Hail and Quiver Dance to set up sweeps with Ice Beam or something.
That makes it sound more competitive than it really ought to. Just thought it'd look nice and maybe fill some kind of niche.
