Well of course, Meowscarada is basically Braixen 2.0, but as a grass cat version of the fire fox. Same legs (even the same fur color). same overall body shape, same "skirt" design (Although Meowscarada's extends a little bit farther past her hips), both even have that "ear fluff" thing going on, and both of them are starters. There is no way they didn't just look at Braixen and decide to fix their mistake by not making it the final evolution and turning her into an old hag.
Here come the braihaters posting *that* contextless image again where Delphox just barely got more votes than Braixen in some random ass poll, while ignoring that Braixen was put in over Delphox in Pokken, Serana's Braixen never evolved in the main X/Y anime series, and searching for Braixen or Delphox on "art" sites tends to give you roughly DOUBLE the number of results for Braixen.
