>>40518552I know this board hates it when people enjoy the story, but one of my favorite things about the games is the rivals and your relationships with them. Silver and N are two of my favorite characters because of how much they grow as people because of the player. So as always I'm very excited to get to meet the new rivals of this gen. Bede looks like an asshole who's gonna end up being easily manipulated by whatever the greater threat of the game is, but will probably ultimately regret his actions. I've enjoyed friendly rivals so Hop is cool too and I'm interested to see how much of a complex he has about Leon being the champion. And I'm very interested in Marnie since we already know she has some sort of ulterior motives that she needs the players help with. All their designs are nice asthetically for me as well.
Also excited about camping. We know there are merchants that sell camping supplies but that's pretty vague. I'm hoping it means we can decorate our camps with different colored/patterned tents and decorations.
And then obviously also blah blah blah Pokemon.
