If we follow the standards you set yourself, we'd find that Garbodor, Cryogonal, and even Litwick fit the criteria better than Whac-A-Mole and "an iron ball attracting magnets" (with an eye) drawn by Sugimori. You won't see a garbage bunny monster with a poison hose, a strong jaw, and a hammer arm in real life.
