Does anyone remember specific instances where Ash during AG seemed annoyed by May's contest goal interfering with his gym goal, and implicitly didn't view it as equal to his? I remember this being the case, and know of people using Ash's later greater tolerance and enthusiasm toward his companion's own goals as examples of May facilitating Ash's maturing, but I can't remember specific AG episodes. Additionally, if this was the case, does anyone remember if Ash had gotten over it by DP, or was he still doing it with Dawn? Thanks. I really need to rewatch the OS-DP run again.
