I used best boy and best dad, as you can see I picked the sync nuke build but I am sure Double Edge would also work, Roxanne can also pick a MP Refresh on her Wide Guard as Gallade uses Rock Slide.
I still finished it with the clauses allowing me to retrieve the reward despite not critting on Norman's first sync, the second finished Weavile anyway.
By the way the sidemons are extremely slow, I was able to land like 3 or 4 Body Slam in a row after Weavile got KOd.
Roxanne has Vigilance, Norman has CS2, Phoebe has Healthy Healing.
Roxanne could run Defense Crush 2 for this battle for what it matters.
