I'm throwing together a story board of how I want it to go while I'm compiling some assets n stuff. I had a couple different ideas how to roll it out. They're all pretty unambitious, but I don't wanna promise some mind and dick blowing evolution in dating games here. Maybe after it's done I'll go back and make a V2 with some more advanced dating mechanics, but not gonna promise what I don't know if I can deliver for now
Pic related, the different formats I was thinking. They each have different pros and cons, so one's not really gonna be better or easier than the others. So if there's any kinda consensus on which is superior it'll help me keep the project organized.
Also since multiple people asked about contributing stuff, that'd be awesome, but I want to crank out a working demo before I actually ask anyone to contribute anything. I don't want people to waste their effort if it turns out I'm actually a huge cocksucking faggot who overestimated their ability to use python. I'm pretty confident I can do it, though full disclosure it'll be the first time I actually try to push a full on VN without half the work already being done. As long as I don't get hit by a car again, I don't see a reason why I wouldn't be able to, but all the same I don't wanna put anyone out till I have some proof of concept.
Hopefully I can hammer it out over the weekend, maybe even have something somewhat resembling playable by Saturday night if I skip the gym and order a pizza.
