But there's new things I'm confused about, and old things I've forgotten or which may have changed drastically. Checked the FAQ pastebin but it seems a bit outdated (no mention of max battles, routes), so I have a few questions:
>clearing out the Pokédex?I'm at 2020/2075 pokemon, so I need to get rid of a lot of shit to resume catching. But I remember it being a problem knowing what to keep, and what could have niche uses in some niche PvP bracket.
Has anything changed, would I need to re-evaluate all my old shit, and would I use the same methods (IV scanning apps) as before?
>Max BattlesThat's the question, basically the entire thing. Are they worth engaging with? It brings me back to the problem of getting more niche pokemon for niche uses.
>sizesI remember hearing about this change, but little else. Are pokemon sizes relevant anywhere? Besides being more fucking things to tag and filter in the pokedex.
All this metagaming shit is what made me stop playing last time.
