Z-moves pretty much killed any possibility for ubers pokemon of coming down to OU. Even ultra-losers in ubers like Arceus-Bug with the Bug Z-Crystal would probably be too spicy now, since you can spam Calm Mind and Recover until it's time to fire off that Z-move and rape whatever was supposed to wall them. The only thing in ubers right now I could ever see dropping is Giratina or MAYBE Deoxys-Defense since neither are particularly hard to wallbreak these days, don't benefit much from z-crystals, and get shat on by Knock Off, one of the best moves in the game. Giratina doesn't even have reliable recovery and Dragon typing is more of a defensive liability than an advantage these days. Listen to Smogon's write-up on Giratina:
Giratina is a solid physical wall, capable of checking a lot of physical threats like Mega Lucario and Arceus due to great natural bulk.
It is inferior to its offensive counterpart Giratina-O due to it lacking an offensive presence and Levitate.
It is extremely passive, making it only attractive to stall-oriented builds requiring a sturdy Defog user.
It is incapable of defeating anything that cannot be worn down by status or PP stalling.
Giratina's typing leaves it vulnerable to many very common offensive typings, such as Fairy, Dark, and Ghost.
Pressure is a useful ability in Ubers since a lot of the best moves there, like E-Speed, Sacred Fire, and Draco Meteor have low PP but in OU it's nowhere near as much of a good thing. They clearly say it's so passive it can only kill with Toxic and PP Stalling and is only good as a bulky defogger. In OU it would pretty much be Defog and a really shitty Calm Mind set that Mega slowbro probably does better since giratina has no way to reliably recover,Rest dont count
