the only way to get hard mode is to defeat the champion in Black 2.
Then to play the game in hard mode, you either had to reset the game and kill all your pokemon or pay for Bank at the time.
if hard mode is not available from the beginning of your first playthrough on a game designed for 1 playthrough, what the fuck is the point?
everyone sucks gen 5's cock over this, but its not even done well.
