Scammers on ebay can just claim they received an opened package, or that you resealed and "took out all the pulls", and while it's not guaranteed ebay will side with them, let's just say that they wouldn't keep doing it if it didn't work. I wouldn't care for a couple etbs but when it's 10k it's a problem.
