In terms of starters, naturally. Trannymons (Primarina, Delphox, Meowscarada) are a huge demerit for any generation, but Greninja and Chesnaught are good enough to overcome the minus and wind up in the top half anyway. Unova is the only one where they were all so ugly and unfun to use I just boxed my starter.
