Making gen 2 romhack w/ pokecrystal and I have a map that I cannot get to load right no matter what I do. I assume its something simple I am overlooking, but I'm stumped. I have added plenty of maps before, never had this much issue. Any help would be appreciated. Here's the scenario:
>Map has no connections, only warps
>Originally had it placed into pallet town map group for quick testing
>warp event that is supposed to lead into map instead leads into oaks lab
>placed map at top of mapgroup
>map now loads, but it would rearrange all the blocks upon loading, making a jumbled mess. i only know it is loading the correct map because it has unique music and no sprites
>the collisions functioned properly
>map size is correctly defined in map constants
>decide to completely rebuild map using new tileset to see if any files related to the old map/tileset had become corrupted
>now map simply crashes upon warp, causing pic rel
