The 96% is 99.5% of max cp and the 93% is 99.3% of max cp
However the 93% guarantees me a rock charge move cause it has EQ, whereas the 96%'s AP could turn to EQ
Can't lie it's going to hurt going under 1mil even tho i made half of it in a week
