>>34737647Empoleon is fine outside of the "claws" under it's wings as in terms of combat, they're completely worthless as it doesn't even use the claws for executing Metal Claw in the anime, but the tip of it's wings instead. I guess it can do finger gestures with them but they're "just there" and contribute little to the design.
Anyway I love rocket waifu but I wish she lacked the "dots" on her hair as some fanartists assume that they're supposed to be her "eyes". The dots "slightly" ruins the design for me as I find the idea of a character with half their face covered by their hair somewhat cool.
