Zygarde's usage was high, but not particularly so.
Zygarde was ranked A+ in the VR thread, wherein a whole 3 pokemon were ranked S.
There was barely any talk of it rising in the ranks, no talk of it being any more threatening than any other A ranked mon.
Then the suspect test comes out of nowhere, the guys in charge say their peace, and suddenly Zygarde is impossible to check, it's a strain on teambuilding and Thousand Arrows is an unfair move.
