If you're breeding pre-E4, don't because you get a free Destiny Knot (5 IVs passed down from parent holding) and 5IV Blobbos for existing in the post-game. Breeding perfect mons becomes a process of "Find the mon you want with the nature you want -> have a perfect mon" if you know what you're doing.
