Ride - (Lets you ride the Pokemon if it's compatible. About bike speed.)
Soar - (Lets you soar on the Pokemon over the Alola region like in ORAS, if compatible.)
Gather - (Lets your Pokemon go off for a minute or less and maybe come back with an item. Basically it bounds off-screen and will come find you in that short amount of time.)
