In the past as a Flying fan I was no stranger to the pain of cool Pokemon with limited utility. I'm just happy to have a new insta-favorite who is actually a powerful battler. I'm not gonna get all hipster about it because people are whining about "Smogonbird", and I can't complain about him being good, but it gets a little irritating when everyone writes it off as a scrub-level pain in the ass. I'll be happy to see his competitive usage level off to a more reasonable point when the shininess of being new wears off. He's not dropping too far, but he's not gonna stay Top 3 of OU either.
