If you risk it for the biscuit and use the sword on Elise she tells you the kike is doing some heinous shit and building some abominable machine that is implied to be able to bring people back from the dead. Thankfully this event only gives you 1 point in sword usage and it doesn't lose you anything else, you also get this TM for doing it, it's sorta like Hex in a sense.
