What is a "charge" exactly? I get it means moving at high speed, but that's an abstract concept and robot masters ARE NOT supposed to represent abstract concepts, they are only allowed to represent ELEMENTS and tools (Gutsman is the exception cause he's my favorite), I thought we would have that established by now, but apparently Capcom can't decide on what they want.
