This is bizarre, I grabbed an extra Snorlax I caught to try and get the starters, since Snorlax's BST is 540, very close to the usual BST of starters, but each and every time I offer to trade it, either this npc offers me mediocre ones like Scovillain or Malamar or it offers me legendaries, this is so weird, I think the algorithm for trades is super broken.
